D&S Construction Management Services LLC is a Livermore-based consulting firm specializing in preconstruction planning, construction support, and project oversight for complex commercial, multifamily, and high-end residential developments. Founded in 2023 by seasoned construction expert Daniel Dean Jones, our firm was created to fill a growing need in the industry: honest, knowledgeable, and reliable project leadership from someone who’s been in the trenches.
With nearly four decades of hands-on experience, Daniel brings unmatched insight into constructability, scheduling, utility coordination, and scope risk mitigation. His background includes co-owning a framing business, serving as superintendent on large-scale hotel builds, and advising on everything from site planning to PG&E permitting. What sets D&S apart is not just our knowledge, but how we use it to protect owners and drive projects forward without unnecessary cost, confusion, or delay.
